What is wrong

On certain vehicles equipped with certain 3.6L V6 gasoline engines, the fuel rail crossover tube may be damaged. Over time this could result in a fuel leak, which in the presence of an ignition source could increase the risk of a vehicle fire causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will inspect the fuel rail crossover tube for damage. The fuel rail assembly and the lower intake manifold will be replaced on vehicles found to have the damage.

91004942025-01-30. Service bulletin. FUEL PUMP/LEVEL UNIT MODULE For vehicles with Saddle Fuel Tanks, need to determine if there are any DTCs in wiTECH. Follow Service Diagnostics published prior to making any changes. Review any existing SOL or TSBs published for customer complaint issue. Only the Fuel Pump Module should be replaced if there are DTCs associated with the Fuel Level Sensor number 1. Only the Auxiliary Level Sender should be replaced if there are DTCs associated with the Fuel Level Sensor number 2. If there is a mixture of DTCs between the Fuel Pump Module and the Auxiliary Level Sensor, then investigate if there is a Jumper Harness or circuit issue between the Level Sender and the PCM. Verify fuel transfer between auxiliary tank and the primary tank by monitoring the auxiliary level sensor to verify it drops after driving.

Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find one of the following DTCs have been set:P040B - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit Performance(2017 MY with a 3.6L Only). U1424 - Implausible Engine Torque Signal Received(2017 MY Only). P2681 - Engine Coolant Bypass Valve Control Circuit Open(3.6L Only). P2299-00 - Brake Pedal Position/Accelerator Pedal Position Incompatible. B23C3 - Stop/Start Disable Switch 1/2 Correlation(3.0L and 3.6L Only). The following DTCs have been changed from a one trip fault to a two trip fault for(3.0L and 3.6L 2017 MY Only):P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit. P0339 - Crankshaft Position Sensor Intermittent. P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit - Bank 1 Sensor 1. P0344 - Camshaft Position Sensor Intermittent - Bank 1 Sensor 1. T232022-10-24. Service bulletin. Customer Satisfaction Notification T23 ? EGR Valve Function The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) on about 415,000 of the above vehicles has software that may be operating the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve (EGR) with an aggressive seating velocity. An aggressive seating velocity may damage the EGR valve. As a result this condition may illuminate the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) and display a P0404 code. The PCM must be reprogrammed on all involved vehicles.

90037042022-09-26. Service bulletin. Transmission Oil Pan, Heater (TMU), Tube or O-ring Applies to vehicles equipped with 8 speed transmissions only; if you have a leak that appears to be at the pan the use of proper leak detection is recommended. The fluid in the 8 speeds can be detected with a black light and there are aftermarket spray on leak detection materials to help ensure that the leak is properly diagnosed and not from another location such as cooler lines, heater tubes, or case porosity. Please note that the transmission pan gasket is available for many of the 8 speed applications FCA offers. Please review the available quick connect and transfer tube parts, as replacement of the TMU may not be required. If a TOC line connection is found to be the source, the quick connect may need replacement. If the leak source is coming from the connection of the TMU to the transmission, the transfer tube may need replacement. When parts are returned to the QEC the retaining clips (snap ring) for the quick disconnect fittings are missing. (This leaves a question as to whether the clips were missing from the assembly plant, or the technician removed them in order to make line removal easier.) Please return the clips with the transmission heater and note if they were not there to begin with. For any questions regarding transmission heater, contact FCA Redacted Content. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
