What is wrong
On certain vehicles, a defect in the brake booster may prevent the brake pedal from returning properly. An unexpected change in pedal position could increase the risk of a crash causing injury/damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect, and if required, replace the brake booster with a revised unit.
