- Published by: Transport Canada \(Canada\)
- Campaign number: 2014295
- Manufacturer's number: 38B9/9V
- Reported: 2014\-07\-16
- Component: Powertrain
- Notification type: Safety Mfr
- Units potentially affected: 29

## What is wrong

On certain vehicles equipped with 1.8T engines and torque\-converter \(non\-DSG\) automatic transmissions, out of specification transmission cooler sealing O\-rings may allow transmission fluid to leak in proximity to hot surfaces. This could increase the risk of a fire, potentially causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace affected O\-rings. Note: This is an expansion of recall 2014\-136.
