## What is wrong

Certain vehicles may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(CMVSS\) 208 \- Occupant Protection and CMVSS 305 \- Electrolyte Spillage and Electrical Shock Protection. The front member assembly may not have been welded to specification. This may have an effect on crash performance and could result in non\-compliance to the standards, which could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Correction: Dealers will inspect vehicles for improper welding. Vehicles found to have been improperly welded will be replaced.
