- Published by: Transport Canada \(Canada\)
- Campaign number: 2014087
- Reported: 2014\-03\-19
- Component: Label
- Notification type: Compliance Mfr
- Units potentially affected: 63

## What is wrong

Certain vehicles may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 110 \- Tire Selection and Rims. The compliance label may contain incorrect rear Gross Axle Weight Rating \(GAWR\) information, and may list the rim diameter as being 20" for vehicles equipped with 22" wheels. This could result in vehicle overloading and/or use of replacement tires of an incorrect size and load rating and could adversely affect vehicle handling, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Owners will be supplied with a revised compliance label and installation instructions. Owners may also have the label installed by a dealer.
