# Transport Canada recall 2013442 A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups. - Published by: Transport Canada \(Canada\) - Campaign number: 2013442 - Reported: 2013\-12\-13 - Component: Fuel System - Notification type: Safety Mfr - Units potentially affected: 6325 ## What is wrong On certain motorcycles, cracks could develop in the fuel pump and/or auxiliary fuel pump flange \(if equipped\). This would result in fuel leaking when the engine is turned on and the fuel system is pressurized. Leaking fuel, in the presence of an ignition source, could lead to a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the fuel pump flange\(s\) and install a reinforcing ring or replace the fuel pump\(s\), as necessary. ## Vehicles this campaign lists - [2006 BMW HP2 ENDURO](/makes/bmw/hp2/2006/recalls.md).
