Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups. - Published by: Transport Canada \(Canada\) - Campaign number: 2010396 - Manufacturer's number: R231 - Reported: 2010\-11\-08 - Component: Accessories - Notification type: Recalls Audit - Units potentially affected: 87 ## What is wrong On certain vehicles, there is a possibility of overheating issues of batteries in the Garmin nüvi® 760 when certain batteries manufactured within a limited date code range are used in certain Garmin nüvi® 760 models with a specific printed circuit board \(PCB\) design. The interaction of these factors can, in some circumstances, increase the possibility of overheating, which may lead to a fire. Correction: Dealers will direct customers who have an affected unit to the Garmin Web site, which explains how to verify if their units are involved and includes procedures to follow for product exchange. ## Vehicles this campaign lists - [2007 VOLVO C30](/makes/volvo/c30/2007/recalls.md) - [2008 VOLVO C30](/makes/volvo/c30/2008/recalls.md) - [2009 VOLVO C30](/makes/volvo/c30/2009/recalls.md) - [2010 VOLVO C30](/makes/volvo/c30/2010/recalls.md) - [2006 VOLVO C70](/makes/volvo/c70/2006/recalls.md) - [2007 VOLVO C70](/makes/volvo/c70/2007/recalls.md) - [2008 VOLVO C70](/makes/volvo/c70/2008/recalls.md) - [2009 VOLVO C70](/makes/volvo/c70/2009/recalls.md) - [2010 VOLVO C70](/makes/volvo/c70/2010/recalls.md) - [2004 VOLVO S40](/makes/volvo/s40/2004/recalls.md) - [2005 VOLVO S40](/makes/volvo/s40/2005/recalls.md) - [2006 VOLVO S40](/makes/volvo/s40/2006/recalls.md) - [2007 VOLVO S40](/makes/volvo/s40/2007/recalls.md) - [2008 VOLVO S40](/makes/volvo/s40/2008/recalls.md) - [2009 VOLVO S40](/makes/volvo/s40/2009/recalls.md) - [2010 VOLVO S40](/makes/volvo/s40/2010/recalls.md) - [2001 VOLVO S60](/makes/volvo/s60/2001/recalls.md) - [2002 VOLVO S60](/makes/volvo/s60/2002/recalls.md) - [2003 VOLVO S60](/makes/volvo/s60/2003/recalls.md) - [2004 VOLVO S60](/makes/volvo/s60/2004/recalls.md) - [2005 VOLVO S60](/makes/volvo/s60/2005/recalls.md) - [2006 VOLVO S60](/makes/volvo/s60/2006/recalls.md) - [2007 VOLVO S60](/makes/volvo/s60/2007/recalls.md) - [2008 VOLVO S60](/makes/volvo/s60/2008/recalls.md) - [2009 VOLVO S60](/makes/volvo/s60/2009/recalls.md) - [2000 VOLVO S80](/makes/volvo/s80/2000/recalls.md) - [2001 VOLVO S80](/makes/volvo/s80/2001/recalls.md) - [2002 VOLVO S80](/makes/volvo/s80/2002/recalls.md) - [2003 VOLVO S80](/makes/volvo/s80/2003/recalls.md) - [2004 VOLVO S80](/makes/volvo/s80/2004/recalls.md) - [2005 VOLVO S80](/makes/volvo/s80/2005/recalls.md) - [2006 VOLVO S80](/makes/volvo/s80/2006/recalls.md) - [2007 VOLVO S80](/makes/volvo/s80/2007/recalls.md) - [2008 VOLVO S80](/makes/volvo/s80/2008/recalls.md) - [2009 VOLVO S80](/makes/volvo/s80/2009/recalls.md) - [2010 VOLVO S80](/makes/volvo/s80/2010/recalls.md) - 2004 VOLVO V50 - [2005 VOLVO V50](/makes/volvo/v50/2005/recalls.md) - [2006 VOLVO V50](/makes/volvo/v50/2006/recalls.md) - [2007 VOLVO V50](/makes/volvo/v50/2007/recalls.md) - [2008 VOLVO V50](/makes/volvo/v50/2008/recalls.md) - [2009 VOLVO V50](/makes/volvo/v50/2009/recalls.md) - [2010 VOLVO V50](/makes/volvo/v50/2010/recalls.md) - [2001 VOLVO V70](/makes/volvo/v70/2001/recalls.md) - [2002 VOLVO V70](/makes/volvo/v70/2002/recalls.md) - [2003 VOLVO V70](/makes/volvo/v70/2003/recalls.md) - [2004 VOLVO V70](/makes/volvo/v70/2004/recalls.md) - [2005 VOLVO V70](/makes/volvo/v70/2005/recalls.md) - [2006 VOLVO V70](/makes/volvo/v70/2006/recalls.md) - [2007 VOLVO V70](/makes/volvo/v70/2007/recalls.md) - [2008 VOLVO V70](/makes/volvo/v70/2008/recalls.md) - [2009 VOLVO V70](/makes/volvo/v70/2009/recalls.md) - [2010 VOLVO V70](/makes/volvo/v70/2010/recalls.md) - 2001 VOLVO XC70 - 2002 VOLVO XC70 - 2003 VOLVO XC70 - [2004 VOLVO XC70](/makes/volvo/xc70/2004/recalls.md) - [2005 VOLVO XC70](/makes/volvo/xc70/2005/recalls.md) - [2006 VOLVO XC70](/makes/volvo/xc70/2006/recalls.md) - [2007 VOLVO XC70](/makes/volvo/xc70/2007/recalls.md) - [2008 VOLVO XC70](/makes/volvo/xc70/2008/recalls.md) - [2009 VOLVO XC70](/makes/volvo/xc70/2009/recalls.md) - [2010 VOLVO XC70](/makes/volvo/xc70/2010/recalls.md) - [2003 VOLVO XC90](/makes/volvo/xc90/2003/recalls.md) - [2004 VOLVO XC90](/makes/volvo/xc90/2004/recalls.md) - [2005 VOLVO XC90](/makes/volvo/xc90/2005/recalls.md) - [2006 VOLVO XC90](/makes/volvo/xc90/2006/recalls.md) - [2007 VOLVO XC90](/makes/volvo/xc90/2007/recalls.md) - [2008 VOLVO XC90](/makes/volvo/xc90/2008/recalls.md) - [2009 VOLVO XC90](/makes/volvo/xc90/2009/recalls.md) - [2010 VOLVO XC90](/makes/volvo/xc90/2010/recalls.md) ## Bulletins for the same vehicles and component A bulletin is the manufacturer's note to its dealers.
