## What is wrong

On certain buses, a heater coolant flow valve actuator O\-ring may allow coolant leakage into the heater core compartment and the actuator Printed Circuit \(PC\) board area, potentially causing overheat and melt.  An overheated and/or melted actuator may result in a vehicle fire causing property damage, personal injury or death.  Correction: Dealers will replace the dash heater actuator with a more robust version.
