## What is wrong

On certain vehicles, an incorrectly manufactured instrument panel top cover tear seam may affect passenger airbag deployment.  Failure to fully deploy the airbag could increase the risk of personal injury or death during a vehicle crash.  Correction: Dealers will replace the instrument panel top cover.
