What is wrong
On certain trucks, the adjustable torque rod bracket for the Chalmers rear suspension may contain elevated amounts of tin. The elevated tin content could result in component failure, which could cause erratic vehicle handling and a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the torque rod brackets with an updated version made with correct metallurgical composition.
