What is wrong
On certain motorcycles, the air filter mounting screws may come loose and fall out. If this were to happen, the screws could get caught in the throttle valve and prevent the operator from reducing engine speed. A stuck throttle could result in a loss of vehicle control and a crash, causing injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the air filter element with an updated version designed to hold the screws securely.
