## What is wrong

Certain vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 121 \- Brake Actuation Timing.  The air brake component size and configuration are inadequate for these extended wheelbase vehicles, causing the mid\-rear and rear\-rear axle brakes to take longer than required to apply.  The longer brake apply time may result in extended stopping distances.  Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.
