## What is wrong

On certain motorcycles, the final drive unit \(FDU\) oil seal at the drive shaft connection may have been damaged during assembly, causing a leak.  If undetected the FDU could run low of oil and seize, which could result in a rear wheel lock\-up while riding.  Correction: Dealers will replace the FDU.
