## What is wrong

THE HUBS COULD EXPERIENCE HUB FLANGE FATIGUE CRACKING PROBLEMS UNDER NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS.  FATIGUE CRACKING COULD RESULT IN WHEEL SEPARATION AND THE POSSIBILITY OF AN ACCIDENT WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.

CORRECTION:  VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND HUBS WILL BE REPLACED AS REQUIRED.
