NOTE: INCLUDES PARK AVENUE/ULTRA.

THESE VEHICLES DO NOT COMPLY WITH C.M.V.S.S. 210 \- SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY ANCHORAGES.  VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN ASSEMBLED WITH CENTRE REAR SEAT BELT ANCHOR BOLTS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED.  IN THE EVENT OF A VEHICLE CRASH, THE SEAT BELT SYSTEM MAY NOT WITHSTAND THE REQUIRED LOAD AND INJURY TO THE SEAT OCCUPANT COULD OCCUR.

CORRECTION: CENTRE REAR SEAT BELT ANCHOR BOLTS WILL BE TIGHTENED TO SPECIFICATION.
