## What is wrong

THE NUMBER 4 CROSSMEMBER GUSSETS WERE INSTALLED WITH UNDERSIZED FASTENERS. THIS GUSSET IS THE ATTACHMENT POINT FOR THE REAR STRAP OF THE MID\-SHIP FUEL TANK. THE POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR THE FASTENERS TO SEPARATE, WHICH COULD RESULT IN THE REAR STRAP ON THE MID\-SHIP FUEL TANK BECOMING DISCONNECTED.  THIS COULD RESULT IN LESS THAN INTENDED FUEL TANK RETENTION IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH.

CORRECTION: CROSSMEMBER GUSSET FASTENERS WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE SPECIFIED ALTERNATIVE FASTENERS \(BOLTS\).
