DEFECT: THE TRUCKS WERE BUILT WITH INCORRECT GOVERNOR AND POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULES. THESE VEHICLES COULD EXCEED THE APPLICABLE EMISSIONS STANDARDS FOR CARBON MONOXIDE EXHAUST EMISSIONS. CORRECTION: BOTH MODULES WILL BE REPLACED.
