What is wrong
THE WRONG BALL SOCKET ASSEMBLY WAS USED TO ATTACH THE STEERING ARMS TO THE STEERING DRAG LINK AND THE STEERING RAM ASSIST CYLINDER. THE ASSEMBLY MAY BIND UNDER EXTREME STEER ARTICULATION. THIS CONDITION COULD OVER TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, FATIGUE FAIL THE BALL SOCKET CAUSING POSSIBLE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT. CORRECTION: DEALERS WILL INSPECT AND WHERE REQUIRED, REPLACE THE FACTORY INSTALLED BALL SOCKET ASSEMBLY(S).
