What is wrong

NOTE: AIRBAG EQUIPPED VEHICLES ONLY.

A PLASTIC SLIDER PIECE WITHIN THE HEADLAMP DIMMER SWITCH MAY NOT FULLY RETRACT WHEN THE HEADLAMP DIMMER SWITCH IS MOVED FROM THE LOW BEAM TO THE HIGH BEAM POSITION. AS A RESULT THE LOW BEAM LAMPS ARE EXTIGUISHED AS INTENDED, BUT THE HIGH BEAM LAMPS ARE NOT ILLUMINATED. RETURNING THE SWITCH TO THE LOW BEAM POSITION WILL AGAIN ILLUMINATE THE LOW BEAMS.

CORRECTION: TURN SIGNAL AND LIGHTING SWITCH ASSEMBLIES WERE REPLACED ON AFFECTED VEHICLES PRIOR TO FINAL SALE.
