What is wrong
ON VEHICLES WITH 7.3 LITRE ENGINES AND POWER STEERING, THE V-BELT PULLEY, WHICH DRIVES THE HYDRAULIC PUMP PROVIDING POWER ASSIST FOR STEERING AND HYDRAULIC BRAKES CAN FAIL. THIS WOULD CAUSE LOSS OF POWER ASSIST TO THE STEERING AND PRIMARY POWER ASSIST TO THE BRAKES AND POSSIBLY RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL AND A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
CORRECTION: A DIFFERENT PULLEY WILL BE INSTALLED AND THE POWER STEERING PUMP MOUNTING WILL BE REINFORCED.
