## What is wrong

THE CLAMP PLATES BETWEEN THE DRIVE SHAFT AND CARRIER YOKE COULD   CRACK. A BROKEN CLAMP PLATE WOULD RESULT IN THE YOKE FLYING OFF   AT THE DETACHED POINT. THIS COULD CAUSE INJURY FROM FLYING   FRAGMENTS TO PERSONS IN THE VICINITY. ALSO, THE DETACHED INNER   SHAFT COULD INTERFERE WITH THE BRAKE SYSTEM AIR SUPPLY HOSES AND   EVEN THE TRACTOR TIRES. THIS COULD CAUSE LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL   AND A POSSIBLE CRASH.

CORRECTION: NEW CLAMPING PLATES AND CAP SCREWS WILL BE INSTALLED   AS REQUIRED.

NOTE: NO VEHICLES IN CANADA.
