What is wrong
VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN PRODUCED WITHOUT THE BUCKLE PORTION OF THE SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY FIRMLY ANCHORED TO THE FLOOR. THE ANCHOR BOLT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN INSERTED THROUGH THE HOLE IN THE ANCHOR TAB OF THE SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY LEAVING THE ASSEMBLY RETAINED ONLY BY A HEAVY STAPLE THROUGH THE WEBBING AND PLASTIC BOOT. SUCH A BELT ASSEMBLY WOULD NOT WITHSTAND A SUBSTANTIAL IMPACT LOAD. CORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND SEAT BELT AND ANCHOR BOLT WILL BE CORRECTLY INSTALLED IF NECESSARY.
