## What is wrong

CERTAIN WIRE WHEEL PACKAGES WERE ASSEMBLED WITH THE INCORRECT WHEEL NUTS AND WHEN INSTALLED THE WHEEL NUTS MAY NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE WHEEL RETENTION. THIS COULD RESULT IN WHEEL SEPARATION AND LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
