## What is wrong

THESE VEHICLES ARE EQUIPPED WITH AN EMISSION SYSTEM VALVE IN THE VACUUM LINE BETWEEN THE FUEL VAPOUR CANISTER AND THE CARBURETOR WHICH MAY ALLOW A FUEL\-LOADED CANISTER TO SURGE AND CAUSE AN OVERRICH MIXTURE TO BE DRAWN INTO THE INTAKE MANIFOLD.  AN OVERRICH MIXTURE COULD CAUSE LOSS OF ENGINE POWER DURING ENGINE DECELERATION OPERATIONS AND COULD ADVERSELY AFFECT VEHICLE CONTROL.
