DUE TO INSUFFICIENT LUBRICATION IN THE BUCKLE/RELEASE MECHANISM OF THE FRONT SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES,OCCUPANTS MAY HAVE DIFFICULTY ENGAGING THE LOCKING TONGUE IN THE LATCH WHEN PUTTING THE BELT ON.
