## What is wrong

THE RIGHT OR LEFT REAR SEAT LAP BELT OUTER AUTOMATIC LOCKING RETRACTOR MAY NOT FULLY LOCK WHEN THE OCCUPANT BUCKLES UP THE SEAT BELT.  THIS MAY RESULT IN SMALL SIZE OCCUPANTS NOT BEING PROPERLY RESTRAINED IN AN ACCIDENT SITUATION.
