METAL FASTENERS USED TO SECURE THE CARPETING TO THE FLOOR PAN MAY HAVE BEEN MILOCATED AND MAY HAVE PENETRATED THE TOP OF THE FUEL TANK.  THIS CONDITION MAY ALLOW FUEL LEAKAGE.
