## What is wrong

THE BENDIX MV\-2 PARKING CONTROL VALVE INSTALLED IN VEHICLES WITHOUT A DESICCANT STYLE AIR DRYER MAY EXPERIENCE A SEAL FAILURE. THIS FAILURE MAY ALLOW THE VALVE TO MOVE FROM THE PARK POSITION TO THE RELEASE POSITION, ALLOWING THE PARKING BRAKES TO RELEASE.


## What can happen

RELEASE OF THE PARKING BRAKES WHILE THE VEHICLE ISUNATTENDED OR WITHOUT WARNING COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.


## The remedy

REBUILD THE BENDIX MV\-2 PARKING CONTROL VALVE.
