## What is wrong

TWO PIECE ALUMINUM WHEELS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN WELDED AT POINT WHERE WHEEL IS PRESS FITTED ONTO THE RIM.


## What can happen

WHEEL COULD SEPARATE FROM RIM CREATING THE POTENTIAL FORAN ACCIDENT.


## The remedy

REPLACE WHEELS AS APPROPRIATE.
