## What is wrong

CONSOLE FRONT COMPARTMENT DOOR MAY NOT REMAIN CLOSED DURING LOAD FORCES THAT MAY BE EXPERIENCED IN A CRASH AS REQUIRED BY FMVSS 201.

VEHICLES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 201, OCCUPANTPROTECTION IN INTERIOR IMPACTS.


## The remedy

INSTALL THREE \(3\) SMALL FOAM PADS ON THE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR OPENING.
