What is wrong
POSSIBILITY THAT THE FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH LUBRICATION.
The remedy
INNER WHEEL BEARINGS WILL BE INSPECTED AND REPACKED WITH LUBRICANT, OR REPLACED IF INSUFFICIENTLY LUBRICATED.
