## What is wrong

VinFast Auto, LLC \(VinFast\) is recalling certain 2023\-2025 VF8 vehicles. The Advanced Driver Assistance System \(ADAS\) may activate during wide turns, causing unexpected steering wheel movements that are difficult for the driver to override.


## What can happen

A steering wheel that moves unexpectedly may increase the risk of a crash.


## The remedy

VinFast will update the ADAS software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 27, 2025. Owners may contact VinFast customer service at 1\-833\-503\-0600.
