## What is wrong

Isuzu Motors Limited \(Isuzu\) is recalling certain 2025 NRR\-EV vehicles.  A gap between the bus bar and connection terminal may cause the system to overheat and turn off the drive motor.


## What can happen

A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.


## The remedy

Dealers will replace the sub\-junction box. Dealers will inspect and replace the harness and motor/inverter as necessary.  All repairs will be performed free of charge.  Owner notification letters were mailed July 3, 2025.  Owners may contact Isuzu customer service at 1\-866\-441\-9638.  Isuzu's number for this recall is V2503.
