## What is wrong

Ford Motor Company \(Ford\) is recalling certain 2023 Super Duty F\-250 and F\-350 vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 23V\-507.  The driver and front passenger windows may fail to detect an obstacle while closing and not reverse direction as intended.


## What can happen

A window that does not automatically reverse when an obstruction is encountered increases the risk of injury.


## The remedy

Dealers will update the software, free of charge.  Owner notification letters were mailed April 18, 2025.  Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1\-866\-436\-7332.  Ford's number for this recall is 25S25.
