## What is wrong

Forest River, Inc. \(Forest River\) is recalling certain 2024\-2025 Puma PUT39DBT travel trailers.  The anti\-siphon vent may have been installed backwards which can cause sewer gas to enter the vehicle.


## What can happen

Sewer gas entering the vehicle can increase the risk of injury to occupants.


## The remedy

Dealers will replace the anti\-siphon vent, free of charge.  Owner notification letters were mailed August 23, 2024.  Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1\-574\-642\-0588.  Forest River's number for this recall is 420\-1832.
