## What is wrong

Forest River, Inc. \(Forest River\) is recalling certain 2022\-2023 Rockport work trucks.  The trailer brake controller may have been incorrectly wired.


## What can happen

An incorrectly wired brake controller can result in a loss of brake function, increasing the risk of a crash.


## The remedy

Dealers will rewire the trailer brake controller, free of charge.  Owner notification letters were mailed May 24, 2023.  Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1\-574\-327\-2392.  Forest River's number for this recall is 29\-1639.
