## What is wrong

Ducati North America \(Ducati\) is recalling certain 2016\-2018 Hyperstrada 939, Hypermotard 939, and Hypermotard 939 SP motorcycles.  The two oil cooler hoses could contact each other and become damaged, which could cause an oil leak.


## What can happen

An oil leak could drip onto the rear tire, and increase the risk of a crash or injury.


## The remedy

Dealers will install an oil cooler hose spacer, free of charge.  Owner notification letters were mailed October 28, 2022.  Owners may contact Ducati customer service at 1\-888\-391\-5446.  Ducati's number for this recall is SRV\-RCL\-22\-002.
