## What is wrong

Arcimoto Inc. \(Arcimoto\) is recalling certain 2019\-2022 FUV, 2020\-2022 Roadster, Deliverator and 2021 Rapid Responder hybrid electric vehicles.  The high voltage \(HV\) control board cover may prevent the high voltage connector from latching properly to the plug.


## What can happen

An improperly latched harness connector can detach, and result in a sudden loss of power steering and drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.


## The remedy

Arcimoto will replace the HV control board cover, free of charge.  Owner notification letter were mailed September 14, 2022.  Owners may contact Arcimoto customer service at 1\-541\-683\-6293.
