## What is wrong

Lamborghini \(Automobili Lamborghini\) is recalling certain 2018\-2021 Huracan vehicles.  In temperatures below 41°F, the rearview camera may not display due to a software error in the infotainment system.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 111, "Rear Visibility."


## What can happen

A rearview camera that does not display an image reduces the driver's rear view, increasing the risk of a crash.


## The remedy

Dealers will update the instrument cluster software, free of charge.  Owner notification letters were mailed on August 6, 2021.  Owners may contact Lamborghini customer service at 1\-866\-681\-6276.  Lamborghini's number for this recall is L62X\-R.01.21.
