- [08V442000](/recalls/nhtsa/08V442000.md), 2008-08-28: STEERING:GEAR BOX:SHAFT PITMAN. WORKHORSE IS RECALLING 5,606 MY 2006\-2008 W42 COMMERCIAL CHASSIS AND W18 RECREATIONAL VEHICLE CHASSIS.  THE CASTLE NUT THAT RETAINS THE STEERING DRAG LINK TO THE PITMAN ARM MAY HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY TORQUED DURING ASSEMBLY.  THE IMPROPER TORQUE MAY HAVE DAMAGED THE CASTLE NUT AND COMPROMISED THE INTEGRITY OF THE CONNECTION. Built 2005\-05\-10 to 2008\-05\-08.
- [07V233000](/recalls/nhtsa/07V233000.md), 2007-06-08: FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. CERTAIN COMMERCIAL CHASSIS  BUILT WITH GASOLINE FUEL TANKS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 301, "FUEL SYSTEM INTEGRITY."   FUEL SPILLAGE DURING A ROLLOVER TEST EXCEEDED 142G, WHICH DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE STANDARD. Built 2001\-08\-27 to 2006\-09\-25.

- [2008312](/recalls/tc/2008312.md), 2008-08-28: Steering. On certain vehicles, the castle nut that retains the steering drag link to the pitman arm may have been improperly torqued during assembly. The improper torque may have damaged the castle nut and compromised the integrity of the connection. If the drag link separated from the pitman arm, the driver would loose directional control of the vehicle which could result in a vehicle crash causing injury or death.  Correction:  Dealers will replace and properly torque the castle nuts on all suspect vehicles.
- [2007163](/recalls/tc/2007163.md), 2007-05-23: Fuel System. Certain vehicles do not comply with requirements of CMVSS 301 \- Fuel System Integrity.  Rollover testing showed fuel spillage to be in excess of allowable limits.  Fuel spillage, in the presence of an ignition source, can result in a fire.  Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.
