CERTAIN COMMERCIAL CHASSIS  BUILT WITH GASOLINE FUEL TANKS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 301, "FUEL SYSTEM INTEGRITY."   FUEL SPILLAGE DURING A ROLLOVER TEST EXCEEDED 142G, WHICH DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE STANDARD. Built 2001\-08\-27 to 2006\-09\-25.

- [2007163](/recalls/tc/2007163.md), 2007-05-23: Fuel System. Certain vehicles do not comply with requirements of CMVSS 301 \- Fuel System Integrity.  Rollover testing showed fuel spillage to be in excess of allowable limits.  Fuel spillage, in the presence of an ignition source, can result in a fire.  Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.
