Volvo Car Canada LTD (Volvo) on behalf of Volvo Car Corporation, has decided to launch Service Action S19850 on a limited number of model year 2019 V60 vehicles. Volvo has identified that the wire tie is missing that retains the wiring harness on the left and right rear lower control arms. The corrective action is to install the wire tie on the control arms per the attached instructions.

This is a Quality Bulletin: Volvo Car Canada LTD (Volvo) on behalf of Volvo Car Corporation, has decided to launch Service Action S89923 on a limited number of model year 2019 V60 vehicles. Volvo has identified that the affected vehicles have the incorrect front tire and wheel size of 19 inches printed on the tire label. The correct tire and wheel size for the front and rear is 18 inches. All the affected vehicles were manufactured correctly with 18 inch tires and wheels. The corrective action is to replace the tire label.
TJ34142.4.0-20182019-03-25. Service bulletin. STEERING; STEERING:ELECTRIC POWER ASSIST SYSTEM. If error message ?Steering Assistance Temporarily Reduced? is displayed in the DIM while cranking and DTC PSCM-U30031C is stored, follow advice under Service section below. This is just a message and steering assistance is not affected. The condition could occur during start/stop activations. After cranking the steering assistance become normal and the error message disappears. The DTC indicate that one of the internal switches in the BCSM may be in the wrong position when cranking (during start/stop) and it could result in symptom similar to poor main battery state of charge (SOC).
