TJ32206.1.0-20172019-11-18. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT. This is a Technical Journal: Short sound interruptions while streaming via Bluetooth. Short sound interruptions may be heard while streaming music via Bluetooth. This may occur even if the audio/music file is stored in the mobile phone.A possible temporary solution may be to change the source in the IHU to Radio and back to Bluetooth again. Another temporary solution to improve this symptom is to perform a ?hard reset? of the mobile phone and/or perform a factory reset of the IHU (NOTE! The IHU will be restored to factory settings.) Do not replace the IHU due to this symptom as it will not solve the root cause.

This is a Technical Journal: If the vehicle shows a constant BLIS warning light without any objects in the blind spot, then this could be caused by a HW problem in the Side Object Detection radar (SODL/SODR). In case of customer complaints for above symptom is confirmed, replace the SODL or SODR on the side for which the symptom is shown and download software SOD Reload.

TJ31292.1.1-20172019-11-18. Service bulletin. WHEELS; EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. This is a Technical Journal: 1.Remove oil pump from AOC (Active On demand Coupling)and inspect the strainer. (See att.) 2.Clean strainer with lint-free cloth, do not use any cleaning liquids (this can contaminate the oil) 3.Clean pump sump in AOC, do not use any cleaning liquids (this can contaminate the oil) 4.Assemble cleaned pump to AOC 5.Fill up with new oil to correct oil level in AOC according to VIDA. 6.Perform a calibration using VIDA If there is a screeching noise (see attachment) and the calibration finishes within one minute, the AOC is OK, and sludge on the strainer and/or air in the oil system is root cause. Release the car. If there is not a screeching noise, and the calibration process takes more than one minute due to autostarting two times, then do a test drive while trying to provoke front wheels slip (obey all traffic laws and be aware of your surrounding). If the DTC returns, then replace the complete AOC. If the car is inside structure week 201220-201419, use VIDA to order and download the following SW after AOC replacement:: 31411060 for car 134, 155, & 156 31411059 for car 124 & 136

This is a Technical Journal: P-SIM = Personal Subscriber Identity Module When using the in-car modem and P-SIM connection, the following symptoms may appear: 1 - In car apps such as TuneIn and Pandora connect to the service but say "Connecting..." when trying to play music. 2 - When a device is connected to the vehicle's WiFi hotspot, it will redirect to an AT&T website such as the one in the attachment Wifi Connection Message.jpg The above symptoms are due to the data plan for the P-SIM expiring. There is no fault with the vehicle. Should a customer present one of the above complaints, please direct them to the support site for instructions on how to renew the data plan for the P-SIM.
