The VIDA test is still available but no longer required. For battery replacements under warranty, the code generated by the BT3300 must be manually copied into the repair order text. Please follow all precautions that apply when charging a larger main lead-acid battery. The battery will self-discharge over time and if allowed to be left at a sufficiently low voltage, it will become permanently damaged. The battery must have a minimum voltage of 9 volts to be installed in a vehicle. |
