TJ26745.13.3-2012019-04-15. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY. Effective immediately, all 12V batteries may be tested using the hand held battery tester 9513030 (BT3300). The VIDA test is still available but no longer required. For battery replacements under warranty, the code generated by the BT3300 must be manually copied into the repair order text. It must also be printed and attached to the hard copy of the repair order.

This is a Parts Bulletin: 12 Volt support batteries, part number 30659531 must be maintained 9 months from the month of manufacture and every 9 months thereafter.To maintain the battery, connect the battery to an appropriate 12V battery charger. Please follow all precautions that apply when charging a larger main lead-acid battery. The battery will self-discharge over time and if allowed to be left at a sufficiently low voltage, it will become permanently damaged. The battery must have a minimum voltage of 9 volts to be installed in a vehicle.

Volvo Car USA LLC on behalf of Volvo Car Corporation, has decided to launch Service Action S29842 on certain model year 2015 ? 2016 XC60, S60, V60, S80, XC70 & 2016 XC90 vehicles. Volvo has identified that the spark plugs may crack due to abnormal combustion. The corrective action is replacement of the spark plugs with a new and improved design.
