369232025-11-17. Service bulletin. ENGINE. This is a Technical Journal: Coolant Pump Dry Coolant Mix Residue. If the coolant pump has an active leak, a photo must be taken prior to replacement (see example as in attached picture TJ_36923_3). The photo showing the active water pump leak on the vehicle must be saved for the TMA photo return process and provided when requested.
 Sealing improvements have been made to PNs 32382367, 32441161 and 32382368, but the part numbers are unchanged. To assist with identification of improved parts, a marking has been added to the parts: an "X," as shown in the attached document TJ_36923_1.pdf.
 If you receive a replacement pump that does not have the "X" marking, please return it and order a replacement
369232025-11-17. Service bulletin. ENGINE. This is a Technical Journal: Coolant Pump Dry Coolant Mix Residue. For MY 23-26 vehicles with engine code L1, an improved software is released in version 3.5.14 (and newer). Perform a Total Upgrade according to TJ 31543 before performing additional VIDA symptom-based fault tracing.

365512025-11-17. Service bulletin. ENGINE. This is a Technical Journal: If the sound can be located towards camshaft sealing area according to attached files:
 Loosen the oil filling cap a little bit and turn engine off again to see if affects the noise.
 If sound is gone with cap loosened, replace the camshaft seals according to instructions in VIDA.
