D102992025-03-27. Service campaign. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Volvo Cars USA LLC and Volvo Car Canada LTD on behalf of the Volvo Car Corporation has decided to launch Delivery Action D10299: Lidar Fuse for certain EX90’s that are in being displayed in retailer showrooms.
 Volvo Cars investigations have identified that certain model year 2025 EX90’s that are being displayed in retailer showrooms have potentially battery drain.
 The corrective action is to remove the lidar fuse in slot #6 from the frunk compartment.
 Please note: That the fuse must be reinstalled when the vehicle is removed from showroom display and or sold to a customer.
 Only vehicles being displayed in retailer showrooms are eligible for this action.

Volvo Car USA LLC and Volvo Car Canada LTD, on behalf of Volvo Car Corporation, has decided to launch Complimentary Upgrade – C000017 on certain Android-based Infotainment system (iCup) vehicles that have missed three (3) or more consecutive Over-The-Air (OTA) downloads.
 C000017 also addresses certain EX90’s that have missed one (1) or more OTA downloads.
 Complimentary Upgrade C000017 addresses vehicles that are no longer able to receive OTA updates. This Upgrade is necessary to have the correct baseline for future OTA deployments. In order to explain the features and benefits we recommend noting the software level before the download is completed. This will aid in explaining to the customer what improvements have been added since their last software download.
 To remedy concerned cars, please follow the instructions outlined in TJ 36139.

 Volvo Cars investigations have identified that certain EX90 vehicles that have previously performed PDS must download improved software (1.1.21 or later) prior to customer delivery.
 The corrective action is to perform a Total Software Upgrade.
 A total of 495 U.S and 17 Canadian vehicles are eligible for this delivery action.

 Volvo Cars investigations have identified that certain model year 2025 EX90 vehicles have been produced with potential assembly issues.
 The corrective action in conjunction with PDS, inspect the following items (please refer to the PDF attached to this package for OK and NOT OK examples):
 •Driver & Passenger front door outer window seals (OWS) are seated correctly.
 •Frunk (front hood) release is functioning properly.
 •Suspension fault DTC #SUM-C10F113 is present in VIDA.
 •After washer fluid has been filled at PDS, check for leakage from the washer fluid reservoir & Hoses.
 A total of 684 U.S. and 116 Canadian vehicles are affected by this Delivery Action.
