Workaround is to perform a "IHU factory reset". analysis will now continue to find the root cause and provide a better improvement.

In cold weather (50°F and below) when the SoC is below 40% the indicated SoC may drop by approximately 10-15%. The correct SoC value is the one displayed when the vehicle is initially parked. The range will slowly recover and will be completely recovered after HV battery charge.

Vehicles equipped with the large HBAT27 (82?kWh) battery are capable of DC charging at up to 205?kW, provided certain conditions are met—such as a low State of Charge (<20% SoC) and active battery preconditioning (by selecting a DC charger in Google Maps at least 20 minutes before arrival).

This issue occurs intermittently, and during such instances, the ON/OFF button for the overhead console becomes unresponsive, follow advice under service.
