TT0014032023-07-10. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:INFOTAINMENT:BLUETOOTH/WIFI; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. When performing SVM updates, the scan tool should be hardwired to the vehicle and the Bluetooth physically turned off. A hard wired internet connection is also recommended.
TT0014012023-07-10. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. To identify a misfiring cylinder when a random fault is set (P0300), utilize the following; Select PCM (ECM) from the module menu (figure 1). At the top of the screen, mouse over ?Monitors? to open the drop down list. Select OBD II monitors. From the OBD II monitor list (figure 2), scroll down and select ?Which cylinder is misfiring?(figure 3). A value block displaying all cylinder misfire counts can be viewed and also monitored while running to isolate the causal cylinder. Once the specific cylinder(s) have been isolated, proceed with misfire diagnosis to determine root cause and repair as necessary.
TT2811022023-07-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. New Routan SEL vehicles should be equipped with a start/stop button which is to be inserted into the WIN module during PDI. The button is shipped in the by-pack (found on the third row seat) as shown below.
TT2713022023-07-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Turn the ignition key to the START position. If the engine does not crank but a clicking noise can be heard from the starter, install a jumper cable from the battery negative cable to the engine block and attempt to start the engine again. If the engine now cranks perform the following Repair Procedure A. If it still does not crank, perform Repair Procedure B.

Customer concerns of all cluster warning lights coming on, windshield wipers not turning off, headlights not shutting off may be caused by an interior high speed (IHS) CAN bus concern. When replacing the complete vehicle lock set (all vehicle keys and lock cylinders) for any reason, be aware that the ?Adapt keys? test plan will not allow the new keys to adapt to the vehicle. Instead, perform the test plan for ?New identity?. During this test plan, make the appropriate selection to indicate only the lock set has been replaced, as shown below in figures 1 and 2.

The replacement Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) contains revised software that changes the TIPM operation and alters the front exterior lighting of the vehicle. The vehicle wiring may need to be modified to maintain turn signal operation.

The Bluetooth module has now been integrated into the navigation head unit on 2012-2013 vehicles with RNS 315 navigation part number 1K0 035 274 B or higher. The diagnosis for this system is similar to the 9W7 system. Technical Bulletin 91 11 09 (2026015) can be used for the diagnosis.
