(1K0 035 180 AC), if the replacement part has a suffix ?AF?, make sure that online coding is performed. DO NOT PERFORM ANY SOFTWARE UPDATE OF THE ?AF? RADIO USING AN SD CARD OR ANY OTHER MEANS. No software updates are available for ?AF? suffix radios. Any attempt to update the software using an SD card or other means can result in permanent damage to the radio.

If radio software is 0016 or 0007, radio may require software update as per TB 91-13-05 (2031136) to allow BT-Audio Autoplay to switch off.
